Oasis™ 115 XP is an extra strength alkaline floor cleaner for daily cleaning and degreasing of quarry tile or other floors without finishes or waxes.

Features

• Alkaline, Ammoniated Floor Cleaner
• Oasis 115 XP is effective at cleaning floors without waxes or other finishes
• It can clean fat, oils, and grease from slippery kitchen floors
• Can be used for the stripping of wax or acrylic floor finishes and heavy duty cleaning at higher concentration levels.

Dilution Rates:

• Daily Floor Cleaning – 1 to 2 oz per gallon of hot water (8-16 mL/L)
• Floor Stripping – One part Oasis 115XP to 4 parts hot water

Directions for Use:

1. Place caution signs in the area to be cleaned.
2. Sweep floor, or hose down, to remove all debris, including area under counters and equipment.
3. Dispense Oasis 115 XP into mop bucket with HOT water.
4. Using a mop, apply the solution to the floor.
5. Using a deck brush, scrub the floor, including the base tiles.
6. Rinse floor with clean HOT water, squeegee excess to drain or allow to air dry
