Honeywell Fendall Porta Stream® Water Additive that comes in a 8 ounce bottle is ideal for use with 14 - 16 gallon Porta Stream® I, II and III eyewash stations. Replacement water additive is mixed with clean, potable water in the ratio of 10:1. It has 30 months of shelf life when unopened or 6 months life once opened from date of manufacture.
